Northern Pygmy Owl Density in McDonald Forest

Purpose

This project is designed to correlate owl abundance to a stand type and to get a baseline on owl numbers. Twenty monitoring stations will be set up along the main road. Eight minutes at each site for 2 days a week .5 hours before sunrise until 10:00 a.m
