Development of new methods to identify rapidly growing aquatic bacteria

Purpose

Sample 10 L lake water using polypropylene or polycarbonate bottle. All samples will be incubated for 1 hr. in the lake, then removed, treated with formaldehyde and transported to OSU labs.
